Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our goal is to offer fair flexibility while respecting the time and resources we invest in every reservation.
π³ Cancellations
14+ days before trip date: Full refund.
10β13 days before trip date: $50 cancellation fee applies.
4β9 days before trip date: 50% of the full trip cost is non-refundable.
3 days or less: No refunds offered for last-minute cancellations.
βοΈ Flight Cancellations or Changes
If your flight is canceled or significantly changed due to airline or weather issues:
We will issue you a full travel credit toward a future trip.
The credit does not expire and can be transferred to a family member.
A small rebooking fee (usually $25β$50) may apply depending on timing and availability.
Additional charges may apply if the rescheduled trip details change.
We are fair, flexible and easy to work with. We donβt rush you or bill you for excessive airport delays. However, if your exit takes more than 60 minutes, extra gratuity to the driver is appreciated.
If you are delayed more than 90-minutes, an additional $35 charge may be applied but we will wait as long as it takes, we will never cancel on you. We may need to change drivers if your driver has another trip to get to, there could be a short wait but this is rare.
π« No-Shows or Missed Pickups
If we arrive and you are not present at the scheduled pickup time without prior notice, and we have not heard from you, it will be considered a no-show. We are not a shuttle, ride share or on-call type of service. We operate on a schedule β by reservation only.
No-shows are non-refundable and may not be credited.
We will make every attempt to reach you, please reply to messages promptly and answer calls from an unknown number during your pickup time. We have completed over 10,000 trips without missing a pickup, we communicate and we always show up!
π Modifications & Rescheduling
You may modify your reservation up to 5 days before travel without having to contact us for approval and without penalty.
Inside of 5 days, changes are subject to availability and may incur a surcharge or rate change depending on the modifications.
We strive to be understanding and flexible where possible, but these policies help us maintain reliable and consistent service for all our clients.
