What Happens Next
1) We will quickly reply and confirm that the vehicle and rate are still available.
2) You will receive a secure link to our Customer Portal. From there you can confirm by adding your credit card information. It will not be charged until 10-14 days before your trip. Once you’ve opened the link, you will have 48 hours to confirm. Please contact us if you have questions or need more time.
3) After you confirm, you will be able to use the Customer Portal anytime to add information or make changes to your trip. If you need any assistance, just reach out and we will be happy to help.

We’re usually pretty good with last-minute requests, but many of our trips involve Disney and Port Canaveral — which tend to fill up fast. Each driver only takes a few trips per day, and we intentionally leave space between rides so we can stay flexible and not overbook.
Reserving 2 weeks in advance is ually ok, but if you want to lock it in 30 days is ideal. If you're still waiting on final details, you can book now and update us once your plans are confirmed.
